Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in original packaging with tags intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@androidfixcell.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To receive a different item:

  1. Return the original item following the return process

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This ensures the fastest processing.


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
