- Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders paid by credit card take 1-3 days for delivery once shipped, while orders paid by cash on delivery take 5-7 days for delivery.
- Domestic Orders will get Free PAN India Shipping.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email and SMS. Please track your order at https://androidfixcell.com/pages/order-status and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
- Free Shipping charges on above $200 orders, and $30 flat charges less than $200 orders.
- International orders are usually delivered within 20 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange
Customs and import duties:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Android Fixcell will not be able to entertain a request for refund.
Returns and Exchange
Android Fixcell crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.
- There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note that does not come with an expiration date.
- Your product is eligible for a ONE TIME return/exchange if you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
- Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
- If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at email@example.com 2 days of delivery with the following information.
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
If approved for exchange / replacement/ credit note, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 7 days of delivery.
Android Fixcell will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take upto 5 days.
Pre-orders and Customized Orders
- All pre-orders and customised orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
- There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customised orders.

We have an amazing customer -friendly Return policy! For returns, you can either get a replacement of the same piece, exchange for another piece, or you can be issued a credit note that can be used anytime, and there’s no expiration date.
